Pacific Union Social: Powered by VoiceStorm Posting Guidelines

The Pacific Union Social: Powered by VoiceStorm community is an integral part of Pacific Union’s social media strategy: to provide a high-quality source of social media content and management to its real estate professionals; and to promote brand awareness in Northern California and thought leadership in the real estate industry via Pacific Union-branded social media channels.

Creating Content

When you submit a post, it will go to your personal Main Feed, which functions like your Workspace in Hearsay Social. From there, you can share it with your social media channels – no approval process needed.

Sharing Content to the Community

VoiceStorm’s focus on community-created content means that all Broadcast posts created by members will be accessible to members on a regional or companywide level. 

Posting Guidelines

When submitting content to the Pacific Union International: Powered by VoiceStorm community, keep the following audiences in mind:

  • Homebuyers and home sellers, including current and former clients
  • Industry members, vendors, suppliers, and media
  • The real estate professionals who will use and distribute our content

The following content will be removed from the Main Feed:

  • Objectionable (misleading, offensive, controversial, inflammatory, repulsive, adult in nature), including anything
    • Political
    • Racial
    • Sexual
    • Religious
    • Crime- related
  • Derogatory (showing a lack of respect for someone or something)
  • Self-promotion that floods the Main Feed

Home listings posts will be restricted in number (to twice per week per user) to avoid flooding of the feed:

  • For sale
  • Just sold
